JOB SUMMARY:
The Quality Assurance, Patient Safety & Risk Management Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with ISO standards across all hospital departments. The role involves maintaining and updating certification documents & coordinating patient complaint resolution. The incumbent will also manage Quality Assurance records in line with policies and conduct training sessions to promote awareness of Quality Management Systems among hospital staff.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Ensure all departmental ISO certification documents are properly updated and maintained.
. Coordinate and follow up on patient complaints received from various sources, ensuring timely resolution by concerned HODs.
· Participate in regular internal audits across hospital departments.
. Maintain accurate and organized records of all Quality Assurance documents.
. Conduct training sessions to educate staff on Quality Management Systems and compliance standards
. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and patient care standards.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
. Strong knowledge of ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.
. Understanding of healthcare quality assurance processes and internal audit procedures.
. Ability to analyze complaints and support effective problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS:
. Education: Bachelors / Masters in relevant field.
. Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
