Position Title: Quality Control Analyst
Location: Karachi (SITE Area)
Job Type: Yearly Contract (HRSG)
Salary Range: 55,000/-

Description:

-To perform the testing of regular Drug Products & Stability within defined lead time as per approved product specification and test methods.
-To perform Verification of pH Meters and balances on priority basis.
-To perform the testing of validation samples of drug products as per approved validation protocol.
-Documentation of logbooks as per Data Integrity and ALCOA requirements and get it approved by the supervisor.
-Ensure that data of are entered in LIMS as soon as test is completed and documented.
-Preparation of reagents such as Test Solutions, Volumetric Solutions as per monograph.
-To ensure that all activities / practices are as per applicable procedures and fully adherence with all applicable Laboratory procedures.
-To assist in laboratory maintenance of laboratory equipment.
-To assist in EHS, regulatory, compliance and other audit preparations.
-On time reporting of incident, deviations, Out of Trend, Out of Specification and questionable results during analytical testing as per procedure.
-Responsible for undertaking operations necessary for quality testing within quality control.
-Ensure that safety standards and cleanliness of laboratory are maintained
-Maintain and follow good housekeeping and 5S at working bench and overall, in all QC laboratory areas.
-To do any assignment given by Q.C Manager & Supervisor whenever required.
-To ensure all cGMP & EHS practices are followed & are compliant as per Procedures.
-Ensuring good relations and effective communications with all team members and responding politely and in a timely fashion to internal and external customers by following all values.

Education: MSc/Pharm D

Experience: 01 to 02 Years Relevant Experience
