Radio Network Planning and Optimization Engineer – Islamabad

10+ years of experience as Radio Frequency optimization engineer for Ericsson & Nokia Devices.

Responsibilities.
• Excellent understanding of GSM/UMTS and LTE (VoLTE) technologies
• Should have good knowledge and have experience in Radio Network improvements
• Identify the network issues and analysis of the degraded KPIs and action plan to be implemented for improvement
• Continuous improvement in the network performance indicators
• Must have good understanding of Ericsson parameters
• Must have good knowledge of Ericsson KPIs formula
• Must have good knowledge of Network features
• Must have good knowledge of BO/BI, MO Shell and ENM
