We're Hiring - Recruiter (Remote, Pakistan)
Our recruitment agency is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Recruiter who enjoys connecting with people and celebrating successful placements!
What you'll be doing:
. Working with clients to understand hiring needs
. Sourcing candidates through multiple channels
. Screening and interviewing candidates
. Coordinating interviews and managing feedback throughout the process
What we're looking for:
. Strong communication skills
. Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles at once
. Recruitment experience (agency experience preferred, but not required)
You'll be working with US-based clients and candidates, so this role follows EST hours.
Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Work Mode: Work From Home
Timing: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM PKT (with some flexibility)
