They are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our HR team and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment for management & non-management positions
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals & walk-ins
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with branch/store management
Handle bulk hiring and frontline recruitment
Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment database
Ensure timely follow-up and joining of selected candidates
Prepare recruitment reports and track vacancies
Support job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer branding activities

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field
1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail/supermarket/FMCG
Experience in bulk hiring/frontline recruitment will be an advantage
Strong communication, interviewing, and coordination skills
Good command of MS Office/Excel
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
