Job Description
UnrealPays is looking for a proactive Remote Sourcing Specialist to help identify and attract top talent for multiple roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Linkedln sourcing, job portals, and candidate screening.
Key Responsibilities
. Source candidates through Linkedln and job portals
. Screen CVs and shortlist suitable candidates
. Maintain candidate database and pipeline
. Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
. Meet weekly sourcing targets

. Experience in recruitment or talent sourcing preferred
. Strong Linkedln and job portal sourcing skills
. Good communication skills
. Ability to work independently in a remote environment
