Our client (a PSX listed firm) is one of the most admired multinational pharmaceutical firms, based in Karachi. They are looking for a "Senior Manager Taxation / Head of Taxation". Will report to the Head of Finance/CFO.

QUALIFICATION
ACA from ICAP
Additional qualifications/certifications would be a plus

EXPERIENCE
+10 years of extensive experience in the Taxation field.
Candidates having experience with multinational manufacturing /top ranking pharmaceutical firms shall be preferred.

JOB BRIEF
- Taxation planning and overall tax matters.
- Handle all tax disputes and legal proceedings.
- Learn & do research on tax laws and update standard procedures accordingly.
- Monthly and annually compliance including filing the returns.
- Communication with tax and legal consultant of the Company.
- Record and reconciliation of tax figures with ledgers.
- Reconciling/ filing personal tax returns and wealth statements.
- Manage tax affairs in FBR and other provincial offices.
- Prepare monthly tax projections.
- Prepare employee payroll and calculate salary tax of employees.
- Issuance of tax deduction certificates on behalf of the Company.
- Lead a team of Finance professionals.
