Fulcrum Pvt. Limited is seeking a Senior SQA Engineer for one of our premier clients in Karachi. We are looking for an experienced QA professional with a strong background in manual testing of large-scale enterprise systems such as ERP, Core Banking, Fintech Platforms, or Supply Chain Management.

Position: Senior SQA Engineer - Manual Testing (Enterprise Systems)

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a QA team of junior engineers, assigning tasks, reviewing test cases, and ensuring timely delivery.
Design and execute end-to-end test strategies for large-scale enterprise systems.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and functional requirements.
Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing.
Validate backend data integrity using SQL queries.
Perform API testing using Postman to ensure seamless system integrations.
Coordinate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders for requirement clarity and defect resolution.
Manage defect lifecycle using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Mentor and train junior QA engineers on testing methodologies and domain knowledge.
Prepare QA reports, release summaries, and defect analytics for stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
5+ years of SQA experience.
Minimum 2 years in a team lead or senior role managing QA teams.
Hands-on experience testing large enterprise systems such as ERP, Core Banking, Fintech, or Supply Chain Management.
NOT mobile apps or simple websites.
Strong expertise in manual functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing.
API testing using Postman.
Strong SQL skills for backend data validation.
Defect management using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
