Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in technical/software support.
- Strong understanding of software systems, databases, and support tools.
- Experience in handling escalations and cross-team coordination.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Job Description:
- Provide advanced software and system support for Lahore operations.
- Assist Manager in managing day-to-day technical support tasks.
- Handle escalated and complex technical issues.
- Support software configuration, deployments, and updates.
- Coordinate with development and central tech teams as needed.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify issues.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and support reports.
- Guide and mentor junior support resources when required.
