Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Sweet and Bakery Shift Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the department during assigned shifts. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth sales operations, maintaining product quality standards, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting the achievement of departmental sales targets.

. Ensure product quality, hygiene, and food safety compliance.
. Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
. Ensure adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
. Coordinate with the production team to meet daily sales requirements.
. Handle customer concerns and maintain service standards.
. Reduce wastage and control operational costs.
. Prepare shift reports and communicate operational updates.
. Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of equipment.

Requirements:
. Intermediate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
. 3+ years of experience in bakery, confectionery, or food retail operations.
. Ability to work in rotational shifts.
