We are looking for a competent and detail-oriented Sr. Officer to support corporate legal operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage legal matters across the organization.

Position: Senior Officer - Legal

Location: Karachi (Head Office)

Qualification & Experience
. LLB or LLM from a recognized institution
. 2-3 years of relevant experience, with at least 1 year in a corporate environment
. Experience in FMCG or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
. Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents
. Manage Intellectual Property (IP) matters including registrations and protection
. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
. Handle filing of SECP forms and provide assistance to the Company Secretary
. Conduct legal research and provide advisory support to internal stakeholders
. Manage litigation matters and assist in dispute resolution processes
. Liaise with external legal counsels and coordinate with internal departments
. Monitor legal risks and provide proactive recommendations
. Maintain legal documentation and ensure audit readiness
