Description

Position: Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring needs across the organization.
Qualification:
. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
Experience:
. 2-4 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (corporate or agency experience preferred)
Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
. Utilize sourcing channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, and referrals
. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
. Coordinate and schedule interviews to ensure smooth candidate experience
. Maintain candidate follow-ups and engagement
. Update recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reports
. Support employer branding through job postings and recruitment campaigns
. Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical hiring practices
. Assist in onboarding and documentation processes
