We’re Hiring: Talent Ambassador – The Face & Voice of IBEX at People-First Events

Do you have a presence that turns heads — and words that win hearts?

We're looking for a Talent Ambassador who can light up rooms, conversations, and campaigns — someone who naturally connects with people, represents our brand with confidence, and brings style and substance to everything he/she does.

What you'll do:
Drive internal referrals — connect with teams, energize networks, and build a referral engine
Represent IBEX at BTL events — campus drives, job fairs, walk-ins, and more
Be the brand — host activations, pop-ups, and internal campaigns with energy and poise
Create visibility — be featured in videos, event reels, and social brand stories
Support talent attraction — partner with TA to drive buzz and engagement

We're looking for someone who:
Is confident, articulate, and has strong on-camera presence
Has experience in PR, brand activation, events, or HR engagement
Knows how to dress the part and own the space — both physically and digitally
Can comfortably hold a conversation with anyone, anywhere
Brings both charm and clarity to every interaction
Bonus: Has been part of fashion societies, brand promos, influencer gigs, or university outreach roles

Based in: Karachi
Shift: Day-based (event-driven)
Reports to: Talent Acquisition / Employer Brand Team
