Muller & Phipps Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a Talent Specialist to join its HR team at the Head Office in Clifton, Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and attract candidates using various platforms and channels.
Plan and coordinate interviews and selection procedures.
Represent the company at career fairs and hiring events.
Develop and execute long-term recruitment strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires.
Effectively manage recruitment tasks with confidence and professionalism.
Requirements:
Qualification: BBA/MBA (HR Specialization preferred)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, proactive, and well-organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks
