Hiring: Visual Merchandiser - Karachi

ROLE PURPOSE
Responsible for enhancing store aesthetics, driving product visibility, and ensuring that our in-store displays deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Plan and execute eye-catching product displays in line with brand guidelines and seasonal themes.
. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
. Ensure consistency in visual presentation across all assigned stores.
· Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve display effectiveness.
. Maintain VM standards, props, signage, and layout designs.
. Train store teams on visual display guidelines and planogram implementation.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
· Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
· 5 to 7 years of experience in retail visual merchandising (preferably fashion retail).
. Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and color coordination.
. Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools.
. Excellent coordination and communication skills.
