Description
Transforms raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Builds dashboards and reports to monitor performance across key business areas. Leverages forecasting and predictive analytics to identify trends, anticipate outcomes, and drive data-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyze customer, campaign, and digital platform data to identify trends and actionable insights.
· Support business strategy by conducting data analysis related to customer acquisition, retention, and investment behavior.
· Assist in building predictive and analytical models to support strategic initiatives.
· Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources and develop dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators across marketing, sales, and digital channels.
· Collaborate with marketing and product teams to measure campaign performance and ROI.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or in any relevant discipline.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
Skills: Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Knowledge of Python or statistical analysis tools is an advantage. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
