• Construction of both Flexible and Rigid Pavement, Box Culverts, Slope Protection work, R.c.c Retaining wall, Stone Pitched Retaining wall, Masonry Retaining wall, Drainage, Footing, Abutment, Concrete Girder and Deck Slab
• To Monitoring the quality of work being done according to the Ministry specification, contract agreement and circular. Implements the terms and conditions of Contract.
• Looking after end-to-end management of projects as per schedule and ensuring timely completion & delivery of work to management.
• Select the sources of Material, Sources of necessary equipment, justify the sub-contractor, Chose the project team, Prepare Project budget.
• Ensure materials received are in accordance with the quantity & quality as per tender document and specification.
• Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors. Weekly meeting and briefing to concerned Authorities regarding weekly work done, one week ahead program and other issues of sites.
• Resolving design & development problems; managing budgets and project resources Advising on Health, Safety & Environment (H: S: E) aspects and unsafe working practices.
