Oversee daily operations for FG, RM, and distribution stores.
Set receiving, storage, and dispatch priorities for all warehouse zones.
Track inbound RM and finished goods against production and purchase schedules.
Approve storage plans and ensure correct bin allocation for all items.
Improve picking, packing, and dispatch flow for retail, wholesale, and e commerce orders.
Monitor order cycle times and remove delays in processing.
Ensure accurate stock levels through daily cycle counts and monthly audits.

Investigate stock variances and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate outbound loads, container schedules, and courier handovers.
Review team performance and assign tasks to supervisors and staff (60 persons).
Ensure safe material handling and compliance with company policies.
Maintain data accuracy in ERP systems and verify all transactions. Plan warehouse space use and update layouts based on demand.
Review customer priorities with sales, production, and logistics teams.
Train teams on new processes and performance standards.
