Maintenance and Operations Specialist             January 2014 to August 2015.

 Develop Plan, implement and monitor Plant equipment maintenance and Operation strategies and ensure integrity and maintenance reliability of the equipments like Steam Turbines, Centrifugal and rotary Pumps, Valves, Heat exchangers, Piping, Tanks, Vessels, and Compressors.

• Develop Plan and Execute condition monitoring analysis and troubleshooting activities to maintain and enhance equipment integrity and reliability.
• Review and analyze the problems / bottlenecks and provide technical recommendations to ensure asset maintainability and availability.
• Provide technical advice on condition of plant equipments and repair methods referring international codes and standards as well as equipment Operation and Maintenance manuals.
• Provide Shutdown / Turnaround scope of work to ensure equipment availability and Integrity
• Provide Maintenance Change plan with Operation team support by reviewing and validating requisitions to ensure materials are acquired as per specifications and also decide if appropriate out sourcing is required.

 Responsibilities

Consult and discuss Maintenance and Operation Solutions in all aspect of Plant production area equipments to ensure equipment reliable Operation.

• Proactively pursue solutions to problem areas utilizing data.
• Ensure maintenance planning and set priorities that activities are scheduled and responsibilities are assigned properly and believe in team work and close Coordination.
• Ensure equipment is properly designed for maintainability with a life cycle cost approach.

Responsibilities

• Fully understand Piping work instructions, implement and utilizing piping Engineering methodologies , System and tools as defined by International Standards like API, ASME and design principal related to production area.
• Responsible for all activities related to production area piping construction and equipment installation stage including but not limited to review and endorse construction cost estimate, Schedule, Progress, Safety, lifting plan approval.
• Manage Piping Construction Procedures and engineering execution plans.
• In charge for Teaching/Training/Instructing and knowledge transferring of Engineering work for Piping Fabricators / Fitters in Company (Official Trainer to train workforce for Piping construction related activities.
• To ensure the piping Construction work get completed within Budget and meet the Schedule.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage all the maintenance jobs of the Rotary and Static Equipments (Steam Boilers Fletcher England, Steam Turbines peter brotherhood, Distillation Columns Interis, Heat Exchangers, Centrifugal and rotary Pumps Sterling, and low and high pressure piping.
• Responsible to carryout preventive and corrective maintenance activities at the different sections of the unit i.e Distillation, Utility (Boiler, Turbine, R.O and Water treatment Plan)

 Responsibilities

• To Supervise Planning activities and to arrange water treatment plant installation and responsible for the Operation on BOT basis.

• Responsible to monitor plant construction activities at different sections of the unit, i.e Distillery, Bio Gas, Boiler, Turbine, R.O Plant and dispatch centre.
• Evaluation of BOQs of SS, CS and GRV Piping and related activities as per P & ID and Isometrics and plan for the fabrication of piping spools.
• Completed test run of the equipments of the plant and manage for the commissioning in the supervision of the French experts Interis and got certification from principal for satisfactory installation and successful commissioning of refining columns.
• Responsible to look after all the Pre-Commissioning jobs like fabrication, erection, Pre punch list, Ready for test (RFT), Hydro test, and post punch activities of Rotary and static equipments including piping by the contractor.
