• Manage Provident Funds, Tax deductions, gratuity and entering the data.
• Balance the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Prepare Bonus, Gratuity funds, EOBI, Social Security and Vehicle buyout plan.
• Final Settlement of Employee.
• Dealing with insurance providing companies for employee medical health and life insurance.
• Administrating performance appraisals annually.
• Issue bank letters, experience letters, employment contracts ,Appointment letters, job experience letters as required by the employee.
