Currently working in “Saltec Powerlink “ as QA Electronics Engineer. (2014-2016 Present) RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Test and inspect all electronics items, Microcontroller ,Ic's, Power Relays, Contactor, Power wiring, harnessing ,
Electrical Wires ,Batteries Mechanical parts, hydraulic ,Pneumatic Motors and other Accessories .
 Daily Testing and Audit all UPS ,IPS (Integrated power supply), LC, Generator (GEM3) , AMF,APS AC/DC, DC/DC etc.
 Read all Electrical and Electronics schematics and maintain data handling of it.
 Attending meetings on site & Installation of Genset related to Electrical Systems HV/LV.
 Establish testing procedure of IPS (Integrated Power System), Generator Control (AMF/ATS), Power Protection. .
 Wave soldering Checking and Auditing ,and prepare the final result report for improving of it.
 Making reports and procedures for ISO 9001-2008(QMS).
 Implement of Technical Memo and handling its data.
 Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
 Ensure all work is correctly prepared prior to any inspection being undertaken according to NCM .
 Prepare Non conformance reports to the QA Manager and assist in developing corrective actions.
 Provides training to employees for continuous improvement and Safety.
 Implementation of 5s,kaizen rules for continuous improvement.
