Security Responsibilities:

 CCTV Camera Monitoring Operator.

 Perform bi monthly audit of store & warehouse.

 Monitors staff by patrolling with them. Responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used on the premises.

 Responsible to patrol and presents a list of potential problems.

 Develop safety plans.

 If someone is caught trespassing or committing another crime, the supervisor oversees the transfer of the accused person to the custody of company management.

 Oversees guards who protect private property against theft and vandalism.

 Ensure the safety of people on their employer’s premises.

 Supervise and oversee security functions in an organization

 Train and schedule programs and functions to security personnel.

 Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.

 Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.

 Ensure compliance of applicable policies and regulations while implementing security measures.

 Ensures that all the daily security operations run smoothly and effectively.

 Monitoring the CCTV’s.

 Ensure that ‘Fire Exit’ doors are kept free of blockage at all times and ensure that fire and safety equipment’s are in their right places.

 Extinguishers records and firefighting equipment status.

Internal Audit.

Responsibilities:

 Performing the internal audit of south stores.

 Reporting audit reports & other audit formalities to audit management of the company.Protect against fraud and theft.

 Ensure that the stores are complying with relevant policies, laws and statutes.

 Required reporting of illegal activities in south Store premises to Internal Auditor.

 Refraining from engaging in prohibited activities that may result in a conflict of interest.

 Communicate monthly findings and recommendations.

 Ensure complete, accurate and timely audit information is reported.
