Responsibilities and Achievements:
• Perform professional level duties related to Human Resources, including responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, employment, recruitment, compliance, leave administration, benefits administration and events/recognition.
• Assist TIH HR management to administer and communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
• Conduct and coordinate recruitment of personnel and temporary employees; conduct interviews, new hire screening, background checks, onboarding and orientation as required.

• Recruitment and staffing
• Ensure all vacant faculty positions in schools and management positions in office are filled on time
• Screening and Short-listing of job applicants.
• Schedule and conduct interviews and test of job applicants.
• Handle new appointments in all TCF schools of Region North and Office staff as well
• Ensuring effective and timely implementation of HR policies and processes across Region to achieve HR Operational Excellence
• Ensuring effective compliance of policies and processes (legally and otherwise) to promote sound HR governance
• Ensuring effective, quality feedback from on-ground into Organization Oversight matters (to close the loop in decision making)
