- Developed annual operating plan and quarterly financial forecast of North Africa and Levant Cluster (7 countries) in coordination with commercial and finance leaders.
- Achieved significant improvement in cash flows (reduced and maintained Days Bills Outstanding from 171 to 91 and unbilled over 60 days to 5% of total unbilled receivables) through successful execution of Business Process Improvement (BPI) program.
