HRSG - Innovative Business Solutions is currently hiring for the following position for one of its clients.

Position Name: Supplier Support Specialist
Location: Karachi (MT Khan Road)
Job Type: Yearly Contract (HRSG)
Salary Range: 100,000/-

Description:

-POC with the vendors to streamline and smoothen supplier registration and qualification process and providing help with the participation of various activities e.g. auctions etc. and submission of required documents e.g., bank maintenance certificate during registration, policy documents during qualification, bids, etc.

-Coordination with buyers for any issues related to supplier qualification

-Evaluation of supplier responses on the Qualification questionnaires and generation of Evaluation Summary Report following a pre-set format (annexure 1.1) along with coordinating with the buyers for completion of Technical Evaluation.

-Attending calls and messages on the dedicated numbers in addition to contacting suppliers via emails, videocalls and in-person for issue resolution.

-Follow up with suppliers as and when needed regarding submission of documents in urgent cases.

-Conducting training sessions on a need basis with suppliers for processes

Support Centre of Excellence in improving the supplier experience and relationship

-Participate in excellence projects and other tasks required by the CoE team

-The person should have good communication skills as this position requires coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Ideal candidate should have good presentation and data analysis skills as well. SAP knowledge would be an added advantage

Qualification Required: BBA / MBA Supply Chain Management

Experience: 02-03 Years of relevant experience
