We Are Hiring - SENIOR MANAGER -TRANSPORT

Qualification: Master's in Transport Management.
Experience:
. 8-10 Years in the automobile/transport industry.
. Proven experience managing large fleets (trucks, cars, motorcycles).
. Candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
. Lead and manage Group-wide transport and fleet operations.
. Ensure efficient vehicle maintenance, maximum uptime, and cost control.
. Monitor diesel usage, fuel efficiency, and operational KPIs.
. Develop and upgrade workshops/super workshops for better service delivery.
. Oversee after-sales service, dealer coordination, and warranty settlements.
. Implement SOPs and best practices for fleet safety and performance.
. Prepare reports, budgets, and performance reviews.
. Supervise, train, and manage technical teams and works.
. Develop the annual transport strategy aligned with PBL's o operational & commercial objectives.
. Manage a diverse fleet of 390+vehicles.
. Establish route optimization, load efficiency, and zero-empty-return policies to maximize fleet utilization.
. Set, monitor, and report on KPIs including fuel efficiency [KM/L), fleet availability %, MTTR, and accident rate.
