POSITION: Assistant Manager, Application Support
LOCATION: Lahore
Key Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, modify, & validate Oracle MIS reports and database queries.
- Provide operational support, technical training, & issue resolution to internal stakeholders and external users.
Required Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of related experience in Oracle Forms & reports, SQL Queries
Required Skills:
- Modify, enhance, and develop Oracle reports
- End user support for report execution and issue resolution
- Knowledge of operational excellence frameworks to streamline and automate manual reporting tasks
