WE'RE HIRING - SR. DEPUTY MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT
Location: Clifton Campus Onsite
JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Deputy Medical Superintendent (Sr. DMS) will support the Medical Superintendent in managing hospital operations, ensuring quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative departments. The role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency, patient safety, and service excellence.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Assist in overseeing day-to-day hospital operations and clinical services
. Ensure quality patient care standards are maintained across all departments
. Monitor and implement hospital policies, SOPs, and protocols
. Supervise medical and paramedical staff performance and discipline
. Coordinate with consultants, nursing, and support services for smooth functioning
. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues effectively
. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and legal requirements
. Support in infection control practices and patient safety initiatives
. Monitor bed management, patient flow, and emergency services
. Assist in audits, inspections, and reporting
. Participate in staff training and development programs
. Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and KPIs
KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
. Strong leadership and team management skills
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Knowledge of hospital operations and clinical protocols
. Problem-solving and decision-making ability
. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards

REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualifications: MBBS (Mandatory) and Master's in Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration (preferred)
Working Experience: 8-10 years of experience Similar role.
