Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in IT support roles.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
2. Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software applications, and peripherals.
3. Respond to helpdesk tickets and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary.
