LOCATION: Karachi

REQUIREMENTS:
. Education: Bachelors in Fashion Designing or relevant field
. Experience: 3-5 years of proven kids wear experience in fashion design, specifically focusing on Eastern / Ethnic wear
. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Collection Development: Research trends, create mood boards, and design seasonal Eastern / ethnic collections for boys and girls, covering both casual and formal / festive wear.
. Sketching & Tech Packs: Translate concepts into accurate digital illustrations and detailed technical packs (including fabric, trim, and construction specifications).
. Fabric & Embellishment Selection: Source breathable, child-friendly fabrics and design age-appropriate embroidery, print, or embellishment layouts.
. Sampling & Fitting: Collaborate closely with pattern makers and sample tailors to review prototypes, ensuring perfect fits, ease of movement, and high-quality finishes.
. Market Analysis: Keep track of evolving kids 'fashion trends, fabric innovations, and competitor offerings to keep the brand ahead of the market.
