Experience: 2–3 Years
Leopards Courier is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to analyze business processes, document requirements, and support project implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
Coordinate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Support project tracking, UAT, testing, and implementation.
Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and UAT processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Power BI knowledge will be an advantage.
Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
