Description
We're HIRING - Central Reservation Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in hotel reservations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems (experience with Wish.net PMS is highly recommended)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and guest-service skills.
- Ability to manage room inventory, rate codes, and booking accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
