We are Hiring - MANAGER-STORE OPERATIONS

Location: FAISALABAD

REQUIREMENTS
. Minimum Bachelor's degree.
. 12-15 years of hands on experience in retail management, with at least 5+ years in a similar role.
. Proven experience of managing large-format retail stores independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES
. Drive overall store performance by achieving sales, profitability, and operational KPIs in line with organizational goals.
. Manage store P&L by controlling operational costs, optimizing labor utilization, and ensuring budget adherence without compromising service quality.
. Lead, train, and develop store teams to build a high-performance culture, focused on accountability, customer service, and results delivery.
. Ensure efficient inventory management through accurate stock planning, timely replenishment, and strict control of stock losses and variances.
. Develop and implement in-store strategies to enhance customer footfall, improve conversion rates, and maximize average basket size.
. Maintain high standards of store presentation, visual merchandising, and product availability across all departments to ensure a best-in-class shopping experience.
