Ace Medical Services (AMS), a US-based healthcare RCM company, is looking for an experienced Account Manager (Epic) to join our remote team.

Remote Islamabad Pakistan | US Night Shift | Full-Time
Salary: PKR 125,000 per month
Epic experience is mandatory. You need at least 2 years of hands-on experience working in Epic. Please do not apply if you have no Epic experience, because your application will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of US healthcare client accounts
Work charges, claims, and AR follow-up in Epic
Handle denials, appeals, and corrected claims
Review EOBs/ERAs and resolve billing discrepancies
Serve as the main point of contact for US providers and practice managers
Track account performance and prepare regular client reports
Coordinate with the AMS billing and credentialing team to meet deadlines
Maintain HIPAA and payer compliance

Requirements
2+ years of hands-on Epic experience (mandatory)
2+ years of US healthcare RCM experience
Strong knowledge of the revenue cycle, AR, denials, and payer portals
Experience managing client accounts or communicating directly with US practices
Excellent English communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple accounts at once
