WE ARE HIRING | Assistant Manager - Payroll
Sweet Creme is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Assistant Manager-Payroll to join our Human Resources team. If you have strong payroll management expertise, experience handling payroll for a large-scale food retail workforce, and hands-on knowledge of Flow HCM or other renowned payroll systems, we would love to hear from you.

Experience Required: 3-5 Years
Preference: Candidates with Food Retail or FMCG experience
Key Responsibilities:
. Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple locations.
. Ensure payroll accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
. Maintain payroll master data and ensure data integrity within the system.
. Process salaries, allowances, bonuses, incentives, and deductions accurately.
. Reconcile payroll records and prepare payroll-related reports.
. Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to resolve payroll queries.
. Generate MIS reports and payroll analytics for management review.
. Stay updated on statutory and regulatory changes impacting payroll processes.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
. 3-5 years of payroll management experience in a large-scale Food Retail or FMCG organization.
. Strong hands-on experience with Flow HCM or other reputable payroll software.
. Excellent understanding of payroll processes, reporting, and compliance requirements.
. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting.
