REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
Experience: 02-04 years

JOB ROLE & REQUIREMENTS:
. Monitor ERM and ORM implementation progress and follow up on outstanding actions.
. Review and update departmental policies, procedures, and SOPs to ensure alignment with risk management requirements.
. Conduct risk assessments for products, services, and business processes to identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies.
. Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) from respective owners on a scheduled basis and validate submitted data for completeness and accuracy.
. Update KRI dashboards and provide commentary on trends.
. Conduct regular meetings with business units and risk owners to identify emerging risks, assess potential impacts, and support enterprise-level risk response strategies,
. Update the enterprise risk register with newly identified risks.
. Guide Risk Champions on RCDA methodology and documentation requirements
. Conduct regular sessions with Risk Champions to gather input on Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities.
. Review submitted RCDAs for consistency and completeness.
