WE'RE HIRING - Deputy Manager Dyeing Sampling

Job Responsibilities:
. Plan and execute daily dyeing sampling programs in line with buyer and merchant requirements.
. Ensure correct shade matching and compliance with required testing requirements.
. Liaise with merchandisers, R&D and production teams for a smooth transition from sampling to bulk production.
. Finalize lab-to-bulk recipes and coordinate with the lab to ensure lab-to-bulk trend consistency and reproducibility.
. Coordinate with the quality team for finished production, addressing quality issues through RCA and CAP.

Requirements:
. A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering/Textile Engineering or a related field.
. 7-10 years of work experience in dyeing with at least 3-5 years in sampling or development.
. Strong knowledge of dyes, auxiliaries and textile fibers.
. Expertise in shade matching and recipe formulation.
. Strong communication skills.
. Proficient in MS Office.
