Job Title: DME Intake Specialist
Job Location: Main Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi
Job Timings: 06:00 PM to 03:00 AM PKT
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time and Onsite

Job Responsibilities:
Process and manage patient referrals and physician orders.
Coordinate with patients and providers to facilitate testing workflows.
Verify insurance eligibility and support authorization requests.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
Track testing status and manage the timely flow of results.
Coordinate CPAP conversion activities following test completion.
Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely case progression.

Job Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in patient intake, order processing, or referral coordination within the US healthcare or BPO sector.
Experience with insurance verification and prior authorization processes.
Experience managing case documentation and maintaining accurate patient records.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively coordinate with patients, providers, and internal teams.
Experience in sleep medicine, diagnostic testing, or CPAP workflows is a plus.
