Description
We are hiring Food Quality Assurance Executive (MALE)
REQUIREMENT:
· Develop, implement and enforce quality standards in line with GMP & HACCP
. Conduct Routine inspections and internal audits of kitchen and service areas
. Ensure Compliance with Food Safety and hygiene standards
. Maintain and update quality and audit documentation
· Collaborate with kitchen and operation teams to maintain consistent quality
. Conduct staff Training
. Prepare inspection reports
ELIGIBILITY:
. 1 Year in Quality Assurance or a similar field
. BS in Food Sciences, Food Technology or related field
. Proficiency in Food Safety, HACCP, GMP and Microsoft Office.
