They’re Hiring: Lead – Talent Acquisition
Location: DHA Phase 5, Tauheed Commercial Area, Karachi
Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM | Monday–Friday
They are looking for a results-driven Lead – Talent Acquisition to lead our BPO recruitment function and manage end-to-end hiring for high-volume, specialized, and leadership roles.
Key Requirements:
Experience in talent acquisition, preferably in BPO or bulk hiring.
Proven ability to lead or supervise a recruitment team.
Strong stakeholder management, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Experience hiring for US Healthcare, Medical Billing, or RCM roles will be a plus.
Ability to meet hiring targets and manage recruitment challenges effectively.
