WE ARE HIRING - MANAGER - TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Develop and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals.
. Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
. Design and customize training content for different departments and employee levels.
. Plan and execute annual training calendars and ensure timely delivery of training sessions.
. Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
. 5-8 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
. Hands-on experience in training staff at all levels.
. Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
. Must be willing to travel periodically to outstation branches for training, assessments, and implementation support as per business requirements.
