Job Description
Orient Ceramica is looking for an experienced Procurement Executive to manage the procurement of engineering spares, fabrication items, maintenance materials, and technical services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sourcing, vendor management, and commercial negotiation skills within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
. Procure engineering spares, maintenance materials, fabrication items, and technical services
. Review technical specifications and drawings in coordination with engineering teams
. Develop and maintain a reliable vendor base
. Conduct supplier evaluations and performance assessments
. Obtain quotations and conduct commercial negotiations
. Prepare comparative cost analyses and procurement recommendations
. Coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and production departments
. Monitor critical spare requirements and delivery commitments
. Manage procurement activities related to fabrication projects
. Prepare procurement reports, vendor performance reports, and cost-saving initiatives

Requirements:
. DAE, BBA in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
. 3-4 years of procurement experience in manufacturing industries
. Experience in engineering spares, fabrication, maintenance materials, and technical services procurement
. Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
. Excellent analytical and communication abilities
. Proficiency in MS Office applications
. Candidates with knowledge of the SAP ERP system will be given preference.
