Summary:
We are looking for an experienced R&D Manager to lead cheese product innovation, optimize formulations, and ensure premium quality across all products.
Job Responsibilities:
. Develop new cheese products & improve existing recipes.
. Lead R&D team and production trials.
. Ensure consistency in taste, texture & performance.
. Monitor market trends & customer preferences.
. Maintain food safety & quality standards.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's/Master's in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or related field.
. 2-3 years experience in cheese or dairy industry.
. Strong knowledge of cheese processing & product development.
. Proven leadership in managing R&D or production teams.
. Innovative mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
