We're Hiring - Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
. Identify new business opportunities, corporate clients and partnerships.
. Manage key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and walk-in clients.
· Oversee sales for events, catering, corporate bookings and group dining.
. Coordinate closely with operations, marketing and events teams for smooth execution.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts and performance analysis for senior management.
. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Education & Experience:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
· 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, restaurants, events or services industry.

Skills:
. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
