We Are Hiring - SENIOR TERRITORY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (TDM)
AWAY FROM HOME (AFH) CHANNEL

Qualification: 05-08 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in FMCG or Beverage industry.
Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Away From Home (AFH) /HoReCa / Institutional channels.
Location: Pakistan Beverage Limited Head Office- Karachi

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute AFH channel strategies in line with annual business plans and PepsiCo guidelines.
2. Drive sustainable volume growth, revenue, and profitability across assigned AFH accounts.
3. Identify new business opportunities, key accounts, and white spaces within the AFH channel.
4. Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements with key AFH customers.
5. Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key AFH customers, distributors and partners.
6. Act as the primary point of contact for strategic AFH accounts, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
7. Resolve customer issues effectively while ensuring compliance with company policies.
8. Ensure perfect execution of PepsiCo standards including availability, visibility, activation, pricing, and cooling placement.
9. Oversee outlet-level execution of promotions, contracts, and merchandising initiatives.
10. Monitor competitor activity and recommend corrective or proactive actions.
