• Works with team members to develop and implement traffic generation and engagement strategies as they relate to the organization’s business goals.
• Monitors and measures the success of engagement across social and owned channels and provides reports, and monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Identifies and reports on social trends and new platform features and advises on potential opportunities or risks. Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices.
• Proven work experience as a Social media strategist or Social media manager
• Strong written and copy skills. Able to develop a unique voice.
• Hands on experience using social media for brand awareness
• Understanding of web traffic metrics, as well as a solid understanding of ethical Traffic Generation techniques from Social Media Platforms.
• Excellent multitasking skills and able to work effectively under deadlines, as well as the ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Education: Graduation (Preferably Marketing)
