We Are HIRING - Sugar Warehouse In charge

Job Responsibilities:
. Ensure cleanliness and regular inspection of warehouse, pallets, sugar bags, stacking, and storage areas to maintain safety and stock quality.
. Stack sugar bags in bricks ensuring maximum capacity utilization, with safe stacking practices to prevent falling.
. Operate stacker and conveyor equipment inside/outside the sugar warehouse.
. Offload sugar vehicles swiftly across all 3 bays (9 vehicles simultaneously) and issue sugar to production as per requirements.
. Manage inventory through daily cycle counting, maintaining live stock reports in both SAP and Excel.
. Accurately maintain gate passes, GRNs, delivery challans, and issuance records.
. Ensure zero mismatch between physical and system stock at all times.
. Supervise loaders and forklift operators, monitoring vehicle loading/unloading timings.
. Monitor and report damages, leakage, torn bags, and material losses.
. Ensure compliance with quality standards and pest control requirements.

Job Requirements:
. Minimum Bachelor's degree.
. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
. 3-5 years of relevant sugar warehouse experience.
