What You'll Do
. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for U.S .- based roles
. Engage with executive-level candidates across the U.S.
. Source, screen & evaluate top-tier talent
. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
. Market candidates to Fortune 500 clients
. Conduct structured interviews via calls, email & virtual platforms
. Achieve weekly hiring targets using strong analytical skills
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful placements

What We're Looking For
. Fresh graduates OR candidates with CSR / Call Center experience
. Excellent English communication skills
· Strong analytical & problem-solving mindset
. Competitive attitude with a willingness to learn
. O & A Levels background (preferred)
. Willingness to work night shifts
