WE'RE HIRING - FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT - IT

Location: Clifton Campus - On Site

JOB SUMMARY:
The Functional Consultant is responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions by analyzing processes, configuring systems, and ensuring the successful implementation of IT applications and enterprise systems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for IT systems.
. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
. Configure and customize enterprise applications (ERP or business systems) based on requirements.
. Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders during system implementation and testing.
. Provide end-user support, training, and post-implementation assistance.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMPETENCIES:
. Strong understanding of IT systems and application lifecycle.
. Ability to prepare functional documentation, workflows, and system designs.
. Knowledge of ERP systems, databases, and system integration concepts.
. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.'

REQUIREMENTS:
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
. Experience: 04 - 06 years of experience as an IT Functional Consultant or similar role.
