We Are Hiring Sr. Manager Accounts Operations

JOB SUMMARY
1. Supervise proper classification, recording, posting, reconciliation and summarization of all financial transactions.
2. Lead month end and year end closing processes.
3. Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of vendors and customers.
4. Prepare and review periodic financial reports.
5. Coordinate and consolidate department wise reports for CFO review and board presentations.
6. Execute financial control discipline ensuring operations comply with relevant policies, legal frame work, IFRS and taxation.
7. Coordinate and lead internal audit and ensure timely closing of audit findings.
8. Proactively identify risk elated to financial or material losses, recommend and implement mitigation strategies

EXPERIENCE: 5-7 years of experience in accounts, preferably in manufacturing industries.
QUALIFICATION: CA Qualified.
SKILLS: Financial Expertise, Strong Data Analysis , Problem Solving, Team Management, Hands-on experience with SAP, Advance Excel.
